WANT TO LIVE IN A MODERN CONTAINER HOUSE?

This is a bright, well laid out, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house...

And it is pre-fab shipping container house.  Why would one want to live in a shipping container house?  Well, they can be shipped anywhere, they are faster to build than a regular house, and they are cheaper to build.  They are apparently so economical that they are currently being used by the city of Vancouver to house the homeless.

This is modern, single family house made out of 4 shipping containers and is done by a relatively new (2 years) Edmonton based firm called Honomobo who ships anywhere in North America (apparently this one costs $162,728).

Here is a video of a similar one of their houses being put together (it costs $76,646)...

SOCKS!!!!

What is a real estate agent doing selling a shipping container of socks!?!  Is this a regular occurence?  I have never seen it before.

So, if you are also an Entre-Manure and are looking to start the west coast, Canadian version of the New York Sock Exchange (www.vancouversockexchange.com is available!), you can buy this container of 100,000 socks for...

$100,000 (not sure if that includes the container).
