64 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX, TORONTO (1 Comment)
Two days ago, I posted a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 99.2 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 66 Tranby Avenue in the Annex in Toronto.
It was a house that I posted 2 years ago when it was on the market after a flip and wehn the asking price was $3,800,00. At the time, I thought it was a little high, and after a price drop, if finally sold for $3.6 million.
At the beginning of this week, it was back on the market for $3,995,000.
A day later, this next door neighbour came on the market.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with no parking on an 18.5 x 75.28 foot lot at 64 Tranby Avenue.
It is smaller with no parking and it is less modern, but it is a great house that shows REALLY well.
It works for someone who is single and wants a guest room and office space or for a couple looking for the same. It also works for a family though one of the rooms is pretty small. Or it could be a ‘downsizer’ for a couple looking to move closer to the action after raising kids.
It is move-in-ready but if it were a single person or a couple, the second floor could be renovated to create a walk-in closet and a larger bath for not a huge amount of money. Or just move in as is.
And though it isn’t large and may even show smaller in person, I think the price is pretty good.

I suspect it will sell soon and for over asking…
