The second and third floor of this house are better because the bedrooms are bigger, but it is basically the same house.

The house on Gibson was listed at $2,689,000 in February 2017 and it sold for $2,755,000. At a 10% increase, that would make it a $3,225,000 house today.

This house that is basically the same but a little bit bigger was listed at $3,395,000. It sold $40,000 over.
