66 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX, TORONTO (2 Comments)

Two years ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 99.2 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 66 Tranby Avenue in the Annex in Toronto.

It was a flip that had been done by architect Betsy Williamson of Williamson Williamson Inc, formerly known as Williamson Chong Architects, the people behind the house at 149 Blantyre Avenue in Fallingbrook….

Who had been hired by Darcy Ward and Alexis Walker of 3Gen Development, the same developers behind the house at 160 Borden Street

(Did that sell? I don’t think that sold.)

Like all those houses, this was a modern home but unlike them, it had a lot of original details like the stained glass windows and the stairs.

It was a very nice house.

The asking price was $3,800,000 which I thought was high despite really liking it. It didn’t sell and a couple of months later, the price was dropped to $3,699,000. It sold a month later for $3.6 million.

It is now back on the market for…

$3,995,000.

Hmm.
