In fact, it is the front hall of this apartment. It’s kind of insane.

And it has been on the market since 2011 when the asking price $28,000,000.

When I posted it in April, the price had gone up to $31,500,000.

It still hasn’t sold and the price has been dropped last month to…

$28,750,000.
