Two weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20 x 93 foot lot at 47 Endean Avenue in the north part of Leslieville in Toronto.

It wasn’t a large house but it was done really well.

It came across as a little dark in the photos but there were lots of windows so maybe it was just the weather.

And though that third floor bedroom didn’t have a bathroom, it looked like one could be added or that space could be used as a family room or a home office if you didn’t need a bedroom.

It was listed at $998,000. It didn’t think it would sit long and that it would sell around $1,250,000 or even $1,275,000.

It sold..

For $1,327,500.
