The listing says that it is 'Hypebeast approved' which I have never heard of so I looked it up. I could be the only one who hasn't heard of it but apparently it was started in Vancouver by a UBC student and is now on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

But all I could find on that site about Ottawa was about a rapper named Action Bronson performing from inside a Port-o-Potty while at a concert in Ottawa...
So, I have no idea what the listing is referring to but it is a good condo.
It's not huge but it is bright and well laid out with a good sized bathroom and huge windows.
Plus, on top of the building having a pool, it also has a movie room (is that the word?)...
It is listed at $399,900 with $430/month condo fees.
So, with all those sneakers and the Hypebeast approval, does this mean this is a Kevin Ma's condo?
