This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse/semi on a 17.16 x 78.5 foot lot at 17 Spruce Sgtreet in Cabbagetown.

It is a renovated house that may not be for everyone with the brown and orange decor, but is definitely well done house.

I'm not crazy about the wavy ceilings or the dark kitchen cabinets (or that backsplash).  But it is a good kitchen with a good layout and lots of storage.  And I suppose if you prefer white, those cabinets could always be sprayed.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size with closets and a large bathroom (NOT a fan of that sink which could be changed) and a third floor master with another bathroom and a walk-out.

Basically, it's a solid, move-in-ready house with an unfinished basement that apparently has a separate entrance (I just can't figure out where it is) if you are interested in creating an income unit.

It is listed at $1,299,000.

At first, I was thinking that without a finished basement or parking,  it may be a little high.  But on second thought, I think it will probably sell around $1,350,000...maybe even $1,375,000

P.S. Wonder if this guy in the streetview is a neighbour...
