This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 3,280 square foot lot at 4511 Harriet Street in Fraserhood, Vancouver.  

If Fraserhood is a neighbourhood you have never heard of, according to Conde Nast, it is 'Vancouver's Hottest Neighbourhood', which could possibly be referring to the food because this has become a foodie destination.

As for the house, it is a new build built by Asanti Homes and designed by Moor Design on a lot that used to look like this...

And they did a good job.

It's got the typical Vancouver new build layout with the front door opening to the staircase with a closet to the side and it works.  

I like the finishes of this house. 

It's a move in ready house that has the investment potential basement that Vancouver loves.

And considering this is still an up and coming house, it doesn't have the crazy price tag.

If this house were located about 10 block north and west, it would probably listed aroung $3.5.  But in this location, the asking price is...

$2,499,900.
