The one that was first listed at $7,500,000 with $2,241 maintenance fees?

The one that didn't sell and had a price drop 3 months later to $6,999,900 or $35,000/month?

And then had another price drop a year after I first posted it to $5,999,000 and then had a price INCREASE a year and a half later to $7,900,000?

For $6,895,000.

I am more into the penthouse that sold in 2015 at 95 Bathurst Street...

That looks to be about the same size (and that I prefer) and sold for $3 million less.
