Overall, it is a really good reno.
I'm just not sure if the $1,738.97 maintenance fee is monthly or yearly because if this is monthly, that is a lot for a unit that has no doorman or other ammenities other than an underground parking lot.
But if it's yearly, that's pretty good.
And considering the location, the price is pretty good as well.
