This is a really good house.

It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom farmhouse that was built in 1837 on a 10 acre lot just southwest of St. Catherine's in Southern Ontario.

It has clearly had a full renovation and according to the listing, it is a 'designer-renovated interior'.  And it shows.  Everything in this house is done.

It's all a little more traditional (and more in the country) than I'm normally into but, as a whole, I love it. 

From what I can tell, it has been listed for 2 days...

For $2,550,000.

If they throw in the furniture that really suits the house (or at least some of it), it will probably be sold before I finish writing this.
