This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom house semi at 75 Benson Avenue on the west side of Christie in Wychwood.

It is a house that used to look like this...

Before it was renovated starting in 2011.

Overall, it's fine.  There are good appliances and a good flow and the bedrooms are a good size.

But...

SO MANY PATTERNS!

That is mostly decorating and could be changed.  And I suppose so could the fireplace surround and the kitchen backsplash.

So if you are good with the bathrooms and the fact that there is an apartment building looking into the back yard...

A backyard that needs a LOT of work...
