I don't know if it is the wood panelling, the cement tile, the windows, or the all around style of this house...

But this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 75.13 x 142.21 foot lot at 45 First Street in Oakville is giving me a serious Joanna Gaines vibe...

If you aren't aware of who she is, she is co-host with her husband, Chip Gaines, of the show 'Fixer Upper' and she is known for her love of 'shiplap'.

This house is a little less country than she is into and a bit more expensive Muskoka cottage-y (which isn't a surprise since it was designed by Muskoka Living Interiors) but there are definitely similarities. And if you are into her style, you will love this place.

I am a little overwhelmed by all the wood panelling but perhaps it isn't as overwhelming in real life. But overall, it is a great house.

It has been listed since at least November when it was featured in the NY Times. The asking price then was $6,700,000.

It is still on the market. And the asking price is still...
