If this house looks familiar, it's because I have posted it twice before.

It is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom on a 19.08 x 123 foot lot with a double car garage at 370 Berkeley Street just west of Parliament in the Garden District of Toronto.

It's a good house.

But why so much turnover?

When I first posted it in 2013, I pointed out that it had been listed 2 years before in 2011 when it was featured in the Globe and Mail.  The asking price then was $1,295,000.  Two years later when I posted it for the first time, it was listed at $1,495,000.  It didn't sell and two months later, the price was dropped to $1,469,000.

It must have sold because two years later, it was back on the market again with new furniture.  The asking price was $1,595,000.

Now, three years later, it's back on the market, with the best furniture of the 3 listings (in my opinion)...

And considering this video was from November 2017...

I'm guessing it was listed in the fall and didn't sell.  I'm not sure what the asking price was then but the asking price now is...

$2,195,000.
