If IKEA did a pop-up store in a house, this may be it.
And I am not saying that as a negative thing. This house shows REALLY well.
It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,290 square foot above grade house on a 25 x 94.5 foot lot with a detached garage at 99 Durie Street in Swansea in Toronto.
It isn't a huge house but it is a good house. And the way they have used some of the furniture is pretty smart like that thing at the front door. It provides good storage and separation but still leaves the space feeling airy.
The kitchen has lots of storage. I just don't get why they didn't go with a full sized fridge.
It's bright on every floor including the basement. And there is a good sized yard.
It was last listed in 2015 when it looked like this...
And was listed at $799,000. I am not sure what it sold for or how much work was done, but I am assuming a full reno.
It is now listed at...
$1,178,000.
I wonder if it includes the 'built-ins'.
