On Tuesday, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house boat at #25 7 Brimley Road in Bluffers Park Marina in Cliffside.

It is a house boat that I had posted 2 years ago when it looked like this...

So, it's either been completely renovated or completely replaced.

In 2016, the asking price was $650,000.

Last week, it was listed at $1,275,000 with a $1,000/month mooring fee.

And it was by far the most expensive of the 7 Bluffer's Park house boats that I have posted.

It has now had a price drop to...

$995,000.

That's a bit better.
