This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with 1 parking spot on a 25 x 144 foot lot at 56 Moore Avenue in Moore Park in Toronto.

Seems like a classic house in that area.
Which is true. It isn't a huge house but it is a good, move-in-ready house for a small family.
Some people might prefer it as is but I would prefer the back of the house opened up with the wall between the dining room and kitchen taken down and replaced with an island and the family room open to both rooms as well.
Upstairs, the 2 kid's rooms are a good size and the master bedroom is really large with a new bathroom.
And the backyard is a really good size.
Basically, it's a really good house to get into the area.
It is, or should I WAS as it is reported as sold on the listing, listed at $1,995,000.
I'm guessing it sold over asking.
