135 Riverdale Avenue - RIVERDALE, TORONTO (30 Comments)

A little over a year ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on an 18.42 x 120 foot lot at 135 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a recently renovated house that used to look like this before...

It was listed at $799,000 in June 2016 and sold just under a million.

It was redone and listed in May 2017 for $1,195,000, so just a little over $200,000 more than the previous selling price.  They were clearly expecting a bidding war.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,500,000...maybe more.  It sold just over $1,600,000.

And now, it is back on the market...

For $1,299,000.

Huh.
