In May, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house boat at #25 7 Brimley Road in Bluffers Park Marina in Cliffside.

It was a house boat that I had posted 2 years ago when it looked like this...

In 2016, the asking price was $650,000.  It has since had a complete renovation (or is a whole new house boat altogether) and it was back on the market for $1,275,000 with a $1,000/month mooring fee.

A week later, I posted that it had a price drop to $995,000.  But though I was sure I hadn't been mistaken, it looks like I was confused about that and in fact, that price was for the neighbouring house boat at slip #12 that went on the market at $995,000. 

Too many Brimley Road house boats.

Looks like, even if that wasn't the price drop for this one, it looks like they are getting closer to that number because this house boat has just had a price drop...

To $1,197,000.
