This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 40 x 132 foot lot at 20 Kingsgarden Road in the Lambton Mills area of The Kingsway in Etobicoke.
It is a house that used to look like this...

So, it looks like it is a rebuild versus a new build despite the listing saying it is 0-5 years old. But I guess the did go all the way back to the brick as the photo above shows.
And they did a really good job.
I like the floors, the bannisters, the windows, the kitchen (done by Cameo Kitchens and Fine Cabinetry).
And the backyard is amazing...
I'm just not crazy about the master bath vanities or the fact that you have to walk to through the bathroom, especially since that glass door for the toilet doesn't provide any visual privacy or go all the way to the floor and the ceiling.
Otherwise, it's an all around great house that works well for a family in a great family neighbourhood.
