This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 21.53 x 70 foot lot at 355 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale, Toronto.

It was listed a little over a year ago when it looked like this...

And the asking price was $849,900.

It was dated and needed work and what they have done is good.  It wasn't a full gutter as they kept the living room bookshelves but they did update it through out by taking walls out, adding new floors, a new kitchen, redoing the bathroom, and redoing the back yard deck.

And I really like it.

I'm not so crazy about the floors especially with the kitchen countertops but it does have a beachy feel.  It actually kind of gives me a house boat feel like the one at #25 - 7 Brimley Road with all the light and windows.

There is no basement and no parking which could be an issue for some people.  But that and only 1 bathroom aren't an issue, this is a great house.
