This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 151 foot waterfront lot at 231 Lake Shore Drive in New Toronto just west of downtown Toronto in South Etobicoke.

And I really like it.
I'm not so sure I am crazy about the location being right beside a large apartment building...
But if that doesn't bother you and you want waterfront property close to the city, this is a great option.
