FOR LEASE - 15 Gregory Avenue - ROSEDALE *UPDATE* (3 Comments)
In November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 40 x 125 foot lot with a detached garage at 15 Gregory Avenue in Rosedale.
It was a flip and for the most part, they had done a good job. There were a few issues like the garage being placed in the middle of what should have been the yard. But overall, it was a god house.
When I posted it, it had already been on the market for a month which was a bit weird for a move in ready house.
But....
The price.
This place was listed at $5,795,000. Almost $6 million dollars!!!!!
Which was crazy.
It didn't sell and by December, the price was dropped to $4,995,000. Then it dropped again in February to $4,695,000. And it dropped again at some point before June to $3,998,000.
Well, I guess they have given up on trying to sell it because it is no longer listed for sale but it is now listed For Lease.
And it might have the same problem because they are now asking for....
$13,900/month.
UPDATE: According to a reader, in only a week, this place has been leased!!!
But for how much, I wonder.
