PRICE DROP - 63 Harcourt Avenue - RIVERDALE, TORONTO (2 Comments)
In mid-June, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 19 x 110 foot lot with 1 parking spot (potential for 2) at 63 Harcourt Avenue in the Riverdale neighburhood in Toronto.
It wasn't a huge house (though 19 feet wide is pretty wide for a semi) but it was move-right-in and showed really well. I just wasn't so crazy about the back door not facing out to the yard.
It was listed at $1,499,000. I didn't think it would sit for long.
By the beginning of August, it still hadn't sold but had a price change...
To $1,599,000.
Looks like it still hasn't sold because it has had another price change.
The new price for this semi is...
$,1549,000.
