PRICE INCREASE - 707 Crawford Street - BICKFORD PARK (9 Comments)
In May 2016, I posted a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 20 x 116 foot lot with no parking at 707 Crawford Street in Bickford Park.
It was a house that looked like this...
It had been listed in February 2016 for $729,000 and apparently sold a day later for about 3% over ask.
Two months later, with no changes, it was back on the market for $999,000.
Or 60% in 3 months.
I have no idea what it sold for but in April, it was back on the market as a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached garage. When I posted it, it had already been on the market for a month.
The asking price was...
$2,298,000.
It hasn't sold and so they decided to change the price...
To $2,398,000.
