Last week, I posted this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 15.25 x 74 foot lot with no parking at 41 Rhodes Avenue in Leslieville in Toronto.

It wasn’t a big house but it was a great, move-in-ready condo alternative with a backyard.

The asking price was $579,900.

I thought it wouldn’t sit for long and would probably sell closer to low $6s…maybe more.

It sold…

For approximately $730,000. Not bad!
