This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 82 foot lot at 242 Rosedale Heights Drive in Moore Park in Toronto.

When I first saw the listing, I thought it was the house that I posted ages ago at 354 Inglewood Drive…

But that is the house located next door. It too was a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a corner lot. And though the layout and style is a little different, it is basically the same house.

This house is more up-to-date and maybe because it is brighter, it feels bigger. Or maybe it is bigger. I don’t know.

The bedrooms on the third floor aren’t large and it looks like only one room would fit a queen sized bed. But if you have 3 kids, it might work better to put 2 on the third floor and make one of the second floor bedrooms an office so that you wouldn’t have to walk through a bedroom to get to the family room.

There is lots of storage throughout the house, and compared to the house next door, this house has a finished basement (they may have change in the Inglewood house since I posted it).

The house at 354 Inglewood Drive was listed at $1,925,000. It eventually sold for $1,900,000 which would make it a $3,250,000 house at an 8% annual increase or $3,700,000 at 10%.

Years later, this house that is brighter and feels bigger though I am not sure it is, is listed at…

$3,795,000.
