3 Glenwood Terrace - O'CONNOR-PARKVIEW, TORONTO (5 Comments)
I kind of love this house.
It is a 4+2 bedroom, 3+1 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on an 81.33 x 200 foot ravine lot at 3 Glenwood Terrace in the O’Connor-Parkview neighbourhood in Toronto.
It is a 50s house that has been renovated, apparently over the last 7 years, and they have done a great job.
I’m not sure I am so crazy about the master bedroom being on the first floor right at the front door…
But if that doesn’t bother you, this is a great house for a family on a quiet cul-de-sac. And with that master bedroom on the first floor, it is a place where you could live well into your senior years, if not forever.
Everything seems to have been done with a lot of attention to detail and all the finishes are good (not crazy about the wall tile in the powder room but that isn’t a big deal).
And I am not sure if this was a flip and it was staged by Re: Creative, or if it is the owner’s furniture, or a mix of both.
Either way, I am loving this room…
That couch looks REALLY comfortable.
Overall, despite some annoying rush hour traffic going east on O’Connor from Woodbine and the proximity of this house to O’Connor as you can see in the first minute of this video…
This a great house in a good neighbourhood, .
The asking price for this house is…
$2,850,000.
P.S. Who is the builder? I’m very curious.
