AND IT WENT FOR - 156 Alton Avenue - LESLIEVILLE, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 2+1 (sort of) bedrooms and 1 bathroom on a 14 x 90 foot lot across the street from Greenwood Park at 156 Alton Avenue in Leslieville in Toronto.

It wasn’t a huge house but the space was used well, unless you wanted a dining table.

Otherwise, it was a good house.

It was located up the street from the similar sized house that was listed at $679,900 in 2015…

It sold for $808,000.

But that was 4 years ago and that house had a garage (I also think I said it was detached but on second glance, it looks like it isn’t.)

This house was listed at $799,900.

It sold a day or 2 after I posted it…

For $980,000.
