A little over a week ago, I posted this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on an 11.25 x 93.5 foot lot at 6 Fort Rouille Avenue in the south park of Parkdale in Toronto.

It wasn’t a big house but it was a renovated condo alternative that reminded me of the similar house at 48 Carlaw Street in the Studio District on the east side of the city…

That house was slightly larger and was a semi, not a row house. But I preferred the renovation of this house.

The Studio District house was listed in November for $729,000. It sold fast for $876,500.

This house was listed at $749,000.

It sold…

For $860,000.
