PRICE DROP - 1266 Minaki Road - MINEOLA, MISSISSAUGA

At the end of October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 5,552 square foot house on a 70 x 360.47 foot lot at 1266 Minaki Road in the Mineola neighbourhood of south Mississauga.

It was a full renovation of a house that used to look like this in 2010…

It was a good reno and a great family home that was a 15 minute walk to Port Credit Village.

When I posted it, it had already been on the market for 2 weeks at $4,998,000. It still hasn’t sold and the price has now been dropped.

The new asking price for this house is…

$4,750,000.
