209 Marlborough Place - SUMMERHILL, TORONTO (8 Comments)

Two years ago, I posted a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom rowhouse on a 15.27 foot lot at 209 Marlborough Place in Summerhill in Toronto that looked like this…

It was in rough shape and the listing even said this…

Note: Property Is Not Structurally Sound. No Access To Property

These were the interior photos…

So, it was a gutter that was listed at $680,000. It sold for $610,000.

Two years later, it has been fully gutted and redone and is now back on the market. It is now a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot if you are okay with not having a backyard.

Overall, they did a good job. It is bright and I like the finishes for the most part. It’s not big but there is a basement apartment that has its own entrance.

And it is in a really good location if you are okay with being across the street from the CN Rail Tracks.

The asking price now is…

$1,829,000.

I am sure the reno cost a LOT of money but, if they get that price, this may be the most lucrative reno EVER!
