In the spring of 2018, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house boat at #25 7 Brimley Road South in Bluffers Park Marina in the Cliffside neighbourhood of Toronto.

It was a renovation of a house boat that I posted in 2016 when it looked like this…

And the interior looked like this…

It was listed at $650,000. I’m not sure what it sold for but 2 years later, it was back on the market for $1,275,000 with a $1,000/month mooring fee.

Considering the house boat at #7 - 7 Brimley Road South…

Was listed at $1,098,000 with an $842/month mooring fee, I thought this price might be a little high.

It’s now back on the market for…

$1,175,000.

On a day like today, that sounds pretty good but it’s about to get really cold. The timing of the listing is interesting.
