101 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO (4 Comments)
In August, I posted a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 17.25 x 123 foot lot at 103 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.
It was a recently renovated house that used to look like this…
Overall, it was a good house with finishes that I liked for the most part. But it was a narrow, 3 bedroom house with no landscaping that had already been on the market for $2,489,000 when I posted it.
A couple of weeks after I posted it, it had a price drop to $2,389,000 and then to $2,279,000 a couple of weeks later. It never sold and the listing has since been terminated.
But on Wednesday, the attached semi that is basically a mirror image of that place with different finishes (that I prefer, especially the railing) is now on the market. And they have added some landscaping which makes the place look much more welcoming.
The asking price is $2,179,000.
I don’t think this one will sit as long. If they throw in a few of these…
Maybe even over ask.
