102 Seaton Street - MOSS PARK, TORONTO (2 Comments)
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on an 18.01 x 146 foot lot at 102 Seaton Street in Moss Park/Cabbagetown South (whatever you want to call it) in Toronto.
There are a lot of original features like the fireplace (I’m assuming) and the moulding detail but the kitchen is a new Scavolini kitchen as of 2016 according to the listing. It looks like the bathrooms are around the same time frame but they are not listed on the ‘List of Improvements’.
Here is the house when it was last listed in 2016…
It was all very white except the owners then added colour with their art, gumball machine, and video game.
It was listed at $999,000 then and sold for $1,305,000.
With a huge list of changes that really are just a home owner keeping up the house like repairing the fence (though they did add a lot of outdoor lighting and a new HVAC system, the kitchen was done before the last sale) at a 8% annual compounded interest, this house would now be listed at approximately $1,645,000.
It is on the market for…
$1,789,000.
Or about an 11% increase.
