A little over a week ago, I posted this 4 bedroom (really 3+1), 3 bathroom semi on a 17.08 x 100 foot lot at 792 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village in Toronto.

It was a good house that had been renovated after it was listed in 2015 for $845,000 and sold for $1,034,000.

It was listed at $1,495,000.

I thought that considering the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 22.01 x 72 foot lot around the corner at 7 Palmerston Gardens…

That was listed at $1,475,000 and sold for $1,685,000…

This would probably sell not quite as high but definitely close.

It sold…

For $1,800,000.
