633 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON, TORONTO (4 Comments)

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 633 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

It is a house that used to look like this when it was for sale in March of this year…

It was listed at $999,000 and sold for $1,620,000.

It has now been completely redone by architect Mark Ancerl of Ancelr Studio, the architect behind the houses at 116 Sorauren Avenue and 118 Sorauren Avenue

And it was built by Rick Deol of BuildSimple, the company that built the house at 41 Northcote Avenue

Like the Sorauren houses, the house has a kitchen with a 2 storey ceiling and it makes the house feel really big. In this case, I like the exposed brick wall because it is painted white. The living room is small but there is a large family room at the back. And even though that kitchen ceiling takes up a lot of second floor space, this house still somehow has 4 bedrooms.

Basically, it’s an all around really good house if you aren’t concerned about the 3rd floor bedrooms not being super large (but having 2 bathrooms between them).

It is listed at $2,998,000.

Hmm. That’s more than what the Northcote house sold for.

But I do prefer the look and finishes of this house a lot more to the point that, while I no longer go to open houses, I may have to go to this one to see it in person.
