But is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a car and 2 more parking spots on a 24 x 216.83 foot lot at 209 Kenilworth Avenue in the Beaches that has been totally redone top to bottom by ModernKind Inc….

The same people behind the house at 112 Ivy Avenue…

The house at 66 Spruce Hill Road…

And 941 Logan Avenue…

All houses that sold fairly fast.

This house on the other hand was first listed in July for $3,270,000 which was probably a little aggressively high.

By November, the price was down to $2,999,999. Again, that was still probably aggressively high for a semi in the Beaches.

But it was a good house with big bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of parking, even if you didn’t love the Pez driveway.

It still hasn’t sold though and 2 days ago, it came back on the market…

For $2,198,000.

That is a BIG drop.
