This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo 1,052 square foot condo with 1 parking spot and private locker room at 710 - 377 Madison Avenue just south of Davenport in the Casa Loma neighbourhood in Toronto.

It’s good condo with good finishes and almost 10 foot ceilings. But the best part about it is the 818 square foot rooftop patio…

That is some good outdoor space and this is the view…

That’s a pretty great feature of this condo. Plus, it has a full outdoor kitchen with an integrated bbq, fridge, gas and waterlines.

And the building has a pet spa. And a good looking party room…

The asking price is $1,395,000. If you look at the interior on its own, that is a little pricey at $1,326/square foot. But if you add the square footage of the patio, the price is $745/spare foot.

So, is that patio worth the extra cost? If I were looking for a condo with a view of trees and not another building, good outdoor space, and a place close to transit, this is a pretty great option.

If the condo fees aren’t crazy (can’t seem to find it)…

I don’t think it will sit for long.
