It had a great bathroom but kind of a dreary, though brand new looking, kitchen.

It was listed at $799,000 and sold for $880,000 in 5 days.

A little over 3 years later and a new kitchen with huge windows (which means on less bathroom) and a sort of finished basement, it is back on the market.

At 8%, the price would now be about $1,135,000.
