It’s clear that Williams and her business partner, Joelle Craig, are big fans of black so if that’s not your thing, this house may not be your thing because there is a LOT of black.
Personally, I am a big fan of black so I am good with it but I think I would want the second and third floors to be white oak like the first floor (or is that red oak?).
Otherwise, it’s a great house with what could be a basement apartment with a separate entrance and a good city yard.
