Two weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a detached 2 car garage on a 20 x 172.75 foot lot at 103 Robert Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.
It was a good, detached house with a big garage that reminded me of the house at 878 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village…
That house was listed in 2016 at $2,495,000 and sold for $2,700,000. This house was listed at $2,950,000 and I thought it wouldn’t sit for long.
It sold a few days after I posted it (thanks to the reader for pointing that out)…
For $2,885,000.
P.S. I just noticed that blacked out window above the door. What’s up with that?
