PRICE DROP - 87 Leuty Avenue - BEACHES, TORONTO
In September, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 29 x 141 foot lot south of Queen Street at 87 Leuty Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto.
It was a good house that showed really well, especially if you were into patterns.
And if you wanted to create a third floor master suite, there was lots of space to do that. But as it was, it only had 3 bathrooms which wasn’t great at the $3,199,000 price point.
I guess it never sold becuase it is back on the market with a new asking price. The price for this house is now…
$2,799,999.
