Just as I was about to post this house, it turns out it had sold.
Yup, this house that is located across the street from the house I posted last week at 19 Ashley Park Road in Humber Valley…
Has sold after less than a week on the market.
The house across the street was a recently renovated 5+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 7,700 total square foot house on a 3/4 acre ravine lot with a pool and a putting green overlooking Lampton Woods.
The asking price for that house is $5,980,000.
But if that wasn’t in your budget but you wanted to be on this streety, this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 115.5 x 150 foor lot at 16 Ashley Park Road was a great option.
It wasn’t located on the ravine and didn’t have a pool or putting green, but it had a good sized lot. And the house itself was very welcoming with a good layout and a recently renovated kitchen.
It was listed at $3,085,000.
And it just sold…
For $3 million.
