AND IT WENT FOR - 22 Strickland Avenue - PARKDALE

At the end of February, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.54 x 100 foot lot at 22 Strickland Avenue in Parkdale in Toronto.

It is a house that I last posted in 2015 when it looked like this…

It was listed at $799,000 and sold for $880,000 in 5 days.

Since then, they redid the kitchen and opened it up with huge windows (which means on less bathroom) and a sort of finished basement. It was back on the market for $999,000.

But at an 8% annual increase, the price would now be about $1,135,000, not including the renovation.

So, it was most likely going to go over. And it did.

This house sold…

For $1,350,000.
