Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 25 x 140 foot lot just north of Kingston Road at 23 Hannaford Street in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood in Toronto.
It was a house that showed really well on a deep lot that could handle a large master bedroom and family room extension.
It was listed at $1,179,900. I thought it was going over.
It looks like so did they because it is still on the market but has now had a price increase. The new price for this house is…
