In 2015, I posted a 3,500+ square foot, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms house on a 65 x 133 foot lot (at the pond) and 30 feet at the street at 25 Ellis Park Road in Swansea.

It was a house that looked like this…

It was a triplex at the time but could be an amazing house with a lot of work.

It was listed at $1,698,000 and I thought it would sell closer to $1,875,000. It sold the day after I posted it for $2,110,000.

And the house down the street at 168 Ellis Park Road that was built in 2006 by the owner of Altius...

It was back on the market for…

$5,500,000.

That was a lot higher than I thought it would be.

Turns out it never sold and it is back on the market…
