SOLD - 110A Palmerston Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS (2 Comments)
In 2015, I posted a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at #B 110 Palmerston Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was one of the Green Couch developments (not their official name) where they take a single family home and make it a multi-unit condo building.
The unit I posted was the one that was located mostly in the back of the house. This unit that is also a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot is located at the front of the house but they are basically the same.
In 2015, Unit B was listed at $1,249,000. At some point, they lowered it to $979,000 and then up to $999,000. It sold for $985,000.
At a 10% annual increase, that would make that unit an approximate $1,375,000 condo today.
A couple of weeks ago, this condo that is basically the exact same was on the market for $1,629,000. It sold this weekend for…
$1,665,000.
Or about a 16% annual increase.
P.S. Like the house I posted yesterday at 116 Ulster Street that had grafitti on the side of the house, this is some nice grafitti on the garage of this house (and I’m not being sarcastic)…
Perhaps it was meant as a deterrent to other, less proficient, artists to stay away?
And if you are curious to learn more about this artist, Skam, here is an interview with him In Bombing Science.
