This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 16 x 94 foot lot at 245 Major Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

And either they sold the IKEA couch on the third floor with the house or it is the same owners of the before photos. But they have done some work.

It looks like they redid the floors on the first and second floor, redid the kitchen, and redid the bathroom. The third floor and, I assume as there were no before photos, the basement are the same. And it looks like the windows are not new.

It isn’t fully done but it does show well on the first and second floor with that staging.
